Free Fall to Flying

No alarm clock
Kids do that
Making good friends
With dog and cat
Full of affection
And looking for challenge
Content with my family
Working for balance

Many new species this season. A nearby chokecherry tree. Japanese dogwood fruit tree at Peter's house. Accidently grew some healthy bur plants, and learned my lesson. Given an Excalibur dehydrator from Joanne for my birthday. Still processing Ash trees at "the property."

Family Summer

Everything happened so fast. New raised beds just in time for the growing season. Thanks to local St. Regis Culverts. Berry bushes galore. More chickens, and a bantam rooster! Hasn't gotten too loud yet. Selling eggs, tomatoes, carrots, etc. from a small "farm stand" out front.

We bought a 1.16 acre retreat out in Shelbyville County, Mulberry Ranch. Park-like setting. Already cut down a couple dead Ash trees, and pruned a tall Apple tree with Connor. Future fire wood and mulch.
